Recover a deleted APEX page or application - from Nick Buytaert

Today, Nick Buytaert's post saved my life.  I deleted an app incautiously when I was talking via cellphone and planed to save the app definition.

I just had a interested thought, is that possible to recover the application created by other uses which just have been deleted???
